    Temp Mail for Perplexity

Perplexity has no passwords. Every sign-in sends a fresh link or one-time code to your email, and the address on an account can never be changed. With the address below you get one session; once this tab closes, so does the account.

    How Perplexity signs you in

The sign-in page offers Google, Apple, email and SSO. Choose email and Perplexity sends a login link and, or, a one-time code, at sign-up and again at every later sign-in. Its help says it doesn't support passwords.

Perplexity's troubleshooting page says to use the newest link and open it on the same device you asked from. It also says some features work without signing in, which may be all you need.

    Who owns the account

Perplexity is blunt about it: an account belongs to whoever owns the email used to register it, the address can't be changed, and data can't be moved between accounts. Help with lost access is only offered for paid or promo accounts.

That makes a throwaway fine for a quick try and wrong for anything else. Threads, collections and any subscription stay on an account you can never reach again.

    Do they accept throwaway domains?

There is no public policy we could find. Perplexity's own help recommends a Gmail or Apple account, saying other email clients may have issues. Add the fact that our domains appear on the public disposable list, and the address may be refused or the email delayed.

    Nothing in the inbox

    • The sender is team@mail.perplexity.ai.
    • Re-check the address for typos, then request another sign-in email and use only the latest.
    • Perplexity suggests trying a different internet connection, and turning off VPNs or email link scanners.

    Questions

Can I log back in to Perplexity later?

Only while you can still read this inbox. Every sign-in is emailed, so once the temporary address is gone, the account is unreachable.

Can I delete the account and start again with the same email?

Yes. Deletion completes within 30 days, and Perplexity says the same email can then open a new, empty account.

Several emails arrived. Which do I use?

The newest. Earlier links and codes may no longer work once you've asked for another.
