    Temp Mail for DeepSeek

DeepSeek only lets you register with an email domain on its own support list, and points people to Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail or Yahoo. So expect the address below to be refused there. This page explains the error and what works instead.

    Inbox

    Setting up your inbox

"Your email domain is currently not supported"

That is the message DeepSeek shows when a domain isn't on its list. Its FAQ says the fix is to register with a major provider such as Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail or Yahoo, or to email service@deepseek.com.

This works the other way round from most sites. Instead of blocking known throwaway domains, DeepSeek allows a list of known providers, so even a custom domain you own can be turned away. A temporary domain has very little chance.

What you can sign up with

    • An email address on a supported provider, confirmed with a code. Accounts can also have a password, reset through Forgot Password.
    • A phone number with a text code.
    • Google or Apple, though DeepSeek says Google login doesn't work from mainland China IP addresses, and WeChat login only works from them.

If you want DeepSeek kept apart from your main inbox, an alias on a mainstream provider is the realistic option: a Gmail plus address, or an Outlook alias. Our temp Gmail guide covers what those do and don't hide.

    If a code doesn't arrive

DeepSeek's FAQ says codes can be delayed, and asks you to check the address, your spam and filter settings, and whether you've requested too many codes in a row. If you have, wait before asking again. A "current device environment error" means DeepSeek has flagged the IP address or phone number as high risk.

Before you rely on the account

Deleting a DeepSeek account deletes all its chats for good. The privacy policy says personal data is collected, processed and stored in the People's Republic of China, and the terms ban registering accounts in bulk.

    Questions

Can I get round the support list?

No, and this site won't help you try. Use an address on a provider DeepSeek accepts. That also keeps the account recoverable.

    Does DeepSeek need my age?

Its terms say users under 18 need a guardian's consent.

Can I swap the email for another one later?

No. DeepSeek's FAQ says changing the bound email isn't supported. A bound phone number can be changed in Settings, under Account settings.
